In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except if you make your purchase at a fair or exhibition, in accordance with articles 221-1 and 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. 
If you wish to return a product, it must reach us in a condition that allows it to be sold again.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can :

Once we have received your cancellation request, we will refund the amount of your order within 14 days of receipt of the products.
Return of gifts  
If you received a gift with your order and you wish to return all or part of your order, you must also return the gift.

Here are the conditions:
  • The gift must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • You must follow the same return instructions as for the products in your order.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the gift.
  • Le Rivage Paris reserves the right to defer the refund of your order until receipt of the gift or until you provide proof of shipment of the gift.
Delivery
  • Delivery is free in France from 55 euros and from 100 euros in the European Union.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery time is 7 working days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your delivery online on the carrier's website.

Legal terms

  • Complete original packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and instructions.
  • Perfect working order: The product must be in perfect working order and free of defects.
In the event of a dispute, you can apply to the competent court in your place of residence.
