Conditions of use

Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "GCS") is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by LE RIVAGE PARIS (hereinafter the "Seller") on its Le Rivage website.
Article 2 - Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated according to the value of the order and the country of destination.
Article 3 - Delivery
Delivery is made by the carrier to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. The delivery time is 4 (four) working days in metropolitan France and 8 (eight) working days in the European Union.

Delivery is free for orders over 55 euros in France and over 100 euros in certain European Union countries.

The customer can track the status of his order by entering his parcel number on the carrier's website.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment is secured by Shopify payments. 
Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the Vendor of his decision in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) to the following address: 21 Rue Aristide Briand, 92170 Vanves.

LE RIVAGE PARIS:

The customer may also exercise his right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal form available on the Vendor's website.

The goods must be returned to Le Rivage Paris in a condition suitable for resale.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the product to the Vendor within 14 days of notification of his decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

The declaration of withdrawal must include :
  • the customer's contact details
  • order reference
  • description of the good or service concerned
  • order date
  • a clear desire to withdraw.
Article 6 - Refunds
The Vendor will reimburse the customer for the total amount of the order, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment of the product.
Article 7 - Intellectual property
All products sold by the Vendor are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or use of these products is prohibited.
Article 8 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 9 - Modification of the GCS
The Vendor reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The modifications will be applicable to orders placed from the date of their publication on the Vendor's website.
Article 10 - Acceptance of the GCS

At the time of each order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms and conditions and accepts them unreservedly.
